About The Celtic Highlander
Wallace MacArthur is the founder and developer of Celtic Radio, Highlander Radio, Celtic Moon, Celt-Rock-Radio, Celtic Dance and SaltyDog Radio. An avid father, husband, musician and computer technician/programmer, he set out in the year of our Lord, Two thousand, exploring and discovering the culture of his ancestors through the Highland Games and Celtic music festivals.
